Hollywood has always been an idea as much as a place, a play of surfaces and stories, the real and out of reach. Our Spring/Summer 2019 Collection channels the early 80s scene with eyewear influenced by glamour, energy, and look of movies like American Gigolo and Scarface.
The collection features unique acetate silhouettes with generous curves, sculpted metal shapes with electric angular surfaces, and combination frames with retro cues and contemporary constructions. Inspired by the colors and iconography of the time, we developed custom acetates with a vibrant mix of bright Miami pastels and California natural tans and neutrals to create stylized classics straight out of Hollywood.
The New Wave
The Beach Sun is a new sunglass style that has a rectangular shape similar to the Kinney Sun but with a slightly oversized silhouette and features such as exposed metal hinges and adjustable nose pads for a better fit. Take these to the beach or to the streets — these versatile frames have the perfect mix of casual and cool to take you anywhere.
The counterpart to the Beach Sun, the new Ocean Sun is a new style with a more rounded silhouette and a smaller, more tailored fit. With the added bonus of adjustable nose pads, the Ocean Sun makes it easy to get a comfortable, customizable fit.
80s Inspired Sunglasses
Cue the large shoulder pads. The 80s are back and we’re celebrating with the Morningside, a new oversized sunglass for women, inspired by Lauren Hutton in the 1980s classic American Gigolo. Get the style muse’s look in five colorful pastel and classic colorways, including one called Lauren.
Amp up your spring wardrobe with the Breeze, a fresh new take on the aviator that was designed to make a statement. This 80s influenced metal sunglass features a unique curving top bar and is available in four invigorating colorways.

Size inclusivity is in, and we’re on board. This season, we’ve updated our bestseller, Kinney Sun, with a new smaller size in the frame’s most popular colorways — perfect for smaller faces or for those who simply want a more tailored look.
The Wilson M Sun is one of our bestsellers and it’s easy to see why. The vintage-inspired sunglasses have a classic round shape that is versatile and flattering, and a metal plating that gives it polish. This season, we’ve added four new colorways to the lineup in a range of neutral color options.
The Wilson Sun may only be getting one color added to its lineup, but it’s so good it deserves its own shoutout.
