1. HOW DO I SIZE MY GLASSES OR SUNGLASSES?

2. HOW DO I BUY PRESCRIPTION GLASSES?
After purchasing your frames, take them to your optician of choice for prescription services, custom fits, and adjustments. Every Garrett Leight frame serves to combine our luxury eyewear styles with the perfect fitting experience.

3. HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE FOR MY GLASSES TO ARRIVE?
Typical delivery takes 3–7 business days to arrive based on shipping country.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may be slower than usual due to COVID-19
4. HOW DO I RETURN MY GLASSES OR SUNGLASSES IF I’M NOT SATISFIED?
We offer online returns on all non-custom eyewear up to 14 days from the date of receiving your order. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
If you purchased your eyewear at a store location, you will have to return them in person at that location.

6. HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY GLASSES OR SUNGLASSES?
Our eyewear is created with high quality acetates and premium metals, so be sure to take care of your frames. Each pair comes with a cleaning cloth to keep the frames clear of particles and a case to store your glasses. Do not leave your glasses in your car, as heat from the car causes the acetate to warp and flex out of alignment. Be sure not to lay your glasses face down on any surfaces or to expose them to rough textures such as sand.
Do not use any chemicals on your lenses as they may strip away their coating. Use light mineral oil on metal frames to give them additional shine.
7. WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED/DELAYED?
Claims arising from damage, delay, or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to us within 14 working days of delivery. Please inspect your items for defects as soon as possible after delivery and inform us, so we can make a claim against the carrier, if needed. Defective items can be returned as described in our Return Policy.
7. WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
We provide a two (2) year warranty on our sunglasses, eyeglasses, and clips, starting upon delivery. If the products have a defect within the warranty period, you must notify us of the defect within a reasonable period after becoming aware of it. After such notification you will be entitled to a replacement.
No claim under the warranty can be made if the damage is caused:
- deliberately or by negligence;
- by improper use or careless maintenance;
- by normal wear and tear, including scratched lenses;
- by not or incorrectly following the instructions relating to the product; or
- by having anyone other than Garrett Leight California Optical make repairs or changes to the product.
Please note that our warranty policy as described above does not replace nor affect the legal guarantee you as a consumer have based on applicable EU law. When you make a purchase as a EU consumer, this legal guarantee gives you a minimum 2-year guarantee as a protection against faulty or otherwise non-conform goods.
